Brief/Overview:

Appointed as lead planning advisors to prepare a planning strategy for a 7.9 hectares brownfield site on the edge of Limerick City.

HRA PLANNING:

• Negotiated a change in planning policy to facilitate residential development on a site zoned for enterprise & employment use;
• Successfully advanced a planning application for a 45,071sqm mixed use development including 20,312sqm of commercial floorspace through the local authority planning system and following a third party appeal through An Bord Pleanála; and
• Prepared a comprehensive Environmental Impact Assessment Report in support of this complex development and managed specialist sub consultants to provide a comprehensive application.
